Sean was there for us 24/7. He had such patience as we went back and forth on the home we bought. I had given up totally on ever getting it, and Sean kept telling me to wait and that things change. Just keep the faith. Several times when we wanted to see the house ONE MORE TIME, Sean said he could come AFTER he had lunch with his wife. To me, that was far more important than seeing the house exactly at the time I wanted. I would never ever want or use a more honest, hard working agent than Sean. If in the future we need to sell or buy a home, Sean would be the only agent that I would work with. Thank you for all you did for us.

 I wanted to send you a note to say thank you for all of your assistance. Although I was nearly at the eleventh hour when God sent you my way, I am so glad that He did. I know that He had a plan that I didn’t understand, but you were definitely heaven sent. 

Due to the insurmountable number of foreclosures today, it seems to be “business as usual.” Most people get to a point of little to no empathy, as if you want to be in this situation, but not you Sean. I thank you for springing into action and going the extra mile to try to get my property sold. You treated me with the dignity and respect that every homeowner deserves no matter what their situation. You are a rare find. 

I am most impressed about how you were able to relieve some of the stress caused from the situation by making phone calls, corresponding and negotiating on my behalf. Although your services included a very impressive marketing strategy, it was your customer service and follow-up that I will remember most.

Thank you for the words of encouragement and I hope that your Broker is aware of your outstanding service attitude. It surely could serve as training material for other agents who are unaware of how to acquire and retain a client. Although we could not save my home, I am glad I had you by my side.
